These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bina Analytics website and any related services, content, training/event registrations, and online reports (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Bina Analytics is a political campaign consulting, strategy, communications and research service operating from Nairobi, Kenya. References to “Bina Analytics”, “we”, “our” or “us” refer to Bina67 Limited and/or its operating brand(s).
You must be at least 18 years old or have authority to act on behalf of an organisation to use the Services.
Our Services may include strategic advice, research, training and communications support. We do not guarantee electoral outcomes. Political campaigns involve factors beyond any consultant’s control. All decisions and actions remain the responsibility of the client.
Certain reports and materials may require an account or may be provided under a client engagement. You may not share restricted content outside your authorised team without our written permission.
Unless otherwise stated, all website content, branding, research frameworks, reports, and materials are owned by Bina Analytics or its licensors and are protected under applicable laws. You may view and use content for your personal or internal organisational purposes only. Any commercial reuse requires written permission.
We treat campaign and client information as confidential. Clients should also treat our proprietary methods, templates, and materials as confidential. Specific confidentiality terms may be provided in a separate engagement agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bina Analytics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. Our total liability related to the Services will not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the relevant Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be handled in Kenyan courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
